Parts

Fuck yeah!!  New (to me) jugs came in today.  0.040" over with pistons and rings to match.  Be nice to have two stock cylinders back on the FC.  With the way I blow through motor parts on this thing, it will be nice to have spares.

Timming

Put the cam chest back together on the FC today and set the timming.  I've also got my head redo lined up with Hammer Performance.  Things are looking good for the FC.  Also did some mock-up for my forward control redo.  Everything I didn't like from this past summer will get a once over this winter. 

Something about quad cams that are just plain sexy.

Gotta replace the advance unit as well.  I'm debating on electronic ignition.

NEW JUGS!!

Scored a set of 0.040" over jugs and pistons off ebay for the FC.  Pretty stoked on the price, we'll see on quality once they get here.  It will be nice to have a matched set again and gain a little on the cube side.

Where is my mind?

Been out of the loop for a while, been nothin' but work and crap.  The FC is down and out for the winter but good new, the cylinder looks to be safe.  A little sandblast for the head, rebuild for it and she'll be good.

The 04 is not liking the cold this year.  I let it sit for 2 days and it won't start.  10:1 comp and cranking it to start kills a battery quick.

Work has sucked.  A lot.  Period.

I did get to head to one of my best bud's wedding last month.  It was a hell trip.  4 days of nothing but drinking, driving, homo-erotic man love, and ass punches.  Pics to come.
